Pizza

  1. Cook from FROZEN.
  2. Re-position the racks in your oven so that one is in the middle, and has sufficient room above and below to get a pizza in and out.
  3. Preheat oven on Bake setting to 500° F (260° C). This gets the bottom element of the oven hot, and loads some heat into the oven.
  4. Keep pizza frozen up until oven is preheated.
  5. Remove pizza from packaging. Remove cardboard backing.
  6. Right before you're ready to cook the pizza - switch the oven to Broil on LOW or at 500F (260C).
  7. Place pizza directly on middle oven rack.
  8. Broil for 7–9 minutes (or more). Check after 4 MINUTES.
  9. Watch the pizza broil so you know when to remove it. You're looking for the toppings to be cooked and the cheese to just begin to brown.
  10. Remove pizza from oven, slice into desired slices and serve hot.
  11. Enjoy!

Tips: If you prefer a softer or crispier pizza your broil time may vary by several minutes. All ovens vary, so keep an eye on your pizza!

Cookies

  1. Cook from FROZEN. 
  2. Preheat oven to Bake at 350° F (175° C)
  3. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  4. Place doughballs 4” apart, and away
  5. from sheet edges.
  6. Bake for 11–13 minutes or more.
  7. Watch your cookies closely after 12 minutes. Remove when center is puffy (fully risen), and beginning to brown around the edges.
  8. Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes.

Tips: If your oven has uneven heat it is best to rotate the tray after 7 minutes of baking. You can get thinner, crispier cookies by taking out the tray after 7 minutes, banging it on the counter, and placing it back in to finish baking. For a softer cookie bake at 300F for 14 to 16 (watch closely).

Dip

  1. Remove from fridge, and unseal lid.
  2. Transfer 2oz of sauce to small bowl.
  3. Dip preferred flavour of pizza into designated dipping bowl.
  4. Put pizza in your mouth.
